Welcome to Bond Cleaning Logan. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

General Service Terms

  • Access Fees: Additional charges may apply for properties located above the ground floor without elevator access.
  • Utilities: Water and electricity must be available at the property. If utilities are not accessible, our service guarantee will not apply.
  • Vacated Premises: The property must be vacated before cleaning begins. Any remaining items may limit the scope of our service guarantee.
  • Lost Items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind that are deemed waste and removed during the cleaning process.

Service Day Protocol

  • Key Access: If you cannot be present during the service, you must arrange access to the property, such as leaving a key.
  • Contact Availability: You must be reachable by phone during the service to address any immediate concerns or clarifications.

Quotation and Pricing

  • Initial Quotes: Quotes are based on the information you provide. If property conditions differ, the quote may be revised.
  • Revised Quotes: Any adjustments to the quote will be communicated before the service begins. Your approval is required to proceed.
  • Non-Acceptance: If a revised quote is not accepted, warranties related to the service may not apply.

Service Guarantee

  • Rectification Period: Issues with items on our cleaning checklist must be reported within 5 days of service completion for a free re-clean.
  • Exclusions: Pre-existing damage, mold, or permanent stains are not covered under our guarantee.

Additional Costs

  • Extra Services: Additional services such as wall washing, external window cleaning, or appliance cleaning are available upon request and will incur extra charges.
  • Special Conditions: Factors such as pet occupancy, furnished properties, or extended unoccupancy may affect the final price.
  • Parking and Accessibility: Additional charges may apply if parking or property access requires special arrangements.

Carpet Cleaning

  • Standard Cleaning: Our standard service includes basic carpet cleaning for common dirt and stains. Severe stains or heavily soiled carpets may incur extra costs.
  • Results: While we aim for the best results, some stains or wear may not be fully removable.

Code of Conduct

  • Behavior Policy: Abusive or inappropriate behavior towards our staff will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

  • Coverage: Our bond back guarantee (is a free reclean guarantee) applies to properties cleaned as per our checklist and reported within 5 days of service completion (with proper proofs to avoid misuse).
  • Free Reclean: We will return to address any cleaning concerns raised by landlords or property managers within 72 hours of notification.
  • Valid Proof Required: To claim the free re-clean guarantee/100% bond back guarantee, customers or their landlord/property manager must provide a valid official exit report with photos highlighting the specific areas of concern. This ensures transparency and prevents misuse of the policy.
  • Exclusions: Permanent damage, pre-existing stains, or non-cleaning-related issues are not covered.

No Refund Policy

  • Strict No Refunds: Once the service is completed, no refunds will be issued. However, a free re-clean is available within 5 days of the initial service if you are dissatisfied.

Payment and Cancellation

  • Payment: Full payment must be made before the service begins.
  • Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
  • Cancellations: Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on rescheduling or canceling appointments.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

Photography Consent

Photographs may be taken before, during, or after the cleaning for quality control or promotional purposes. If you do not consent to this, please inform us in writing before the service begins.
